I have called Colorado home since 1979, when my family relocated from Boston, MA. I grew up in Littleton, CO, and attended Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO. Colorado is one of the most beautiful states in our nation and I’m proud to say I’m a Mortgage Loan Officer that caters to the entire state. My knowledge of Denver and the surrounding areas is unlimited which truly helps me serve my clients’ needs. As a seasoned loan officer, I specialize in all types of purchase and refinance loans. I joined SWBC Mortgage in 2019 and bring with me more than 23 years of experience in the finance and mortgage industries. I am well-versed in FHA, VA, USDA, and Down Payment Assistance programs, as well as all conforming and JUMBO products. This knowledge gives me the power to discuss various scenarios and aspects of the lending world. Thirty percent of my business comes from repeat customers, 20% is referral business, and the other 50% comes from my real estate agent partners. They have all grown accustomed to my professionalism, intellect, and unparalleled service. I presume this is what keeps them coming back.
My spare time finds me playing a lot of racquetball and golf and enjoying my family. I am very adventurous and will pretty much try anything, with the exception of skiing again. Travelling and seeing new and exciting places is a hobby as well.
