
Encompass updates everyday at 11AM and 3PM. If the WF request is submitted before the branch information has been added to encompass, the branch will not appear. If the page doesn’t appear, ping the requester in your Workfront ticket and tell them the information is not in the Encompass database. They will check with th database team to make sure the information was, in fact, added and will let you know when we can expect it to be visible on the site.
