If you’re not yet working with a real estate agent, the Orchard Concierge can introduce you to top-performing agents in your area who specialize in your home type and the neighborhood you’re shopping. Depending upon the property state, eligible borrowers2 can receive a credit or a gift card, that will be issued at or after closing, up to 0.5% of the sales price (example: $1,500 on a $300,000 home)!
